Join Annawyn and explore the roots of Yoga (8 limbs). Have an understanding on the benefits of Yoga and how to incorporate it into your life, workouts, activities and events while deeply exploring some of the main asanas/ postures, their alignment, their benefit for the transition from summer to fall. A meditation for this transition will be provided for the attendees to take with them if they so choose.
