The Movement Paradigm Summit is a multi-disciplinary event focusing on mindset, nutrition, and movement. This uplifting and inspiring Summit will feature experts in many disciplines who will challenge the way you view your body and its movement potential. In a personalized, hands-on instructional setting, you will be exposed to unique and life-changing movement and health philosophies.
Featured experts will include Mental Health Practitioners, Dietitians, Physical Therapists and Movement Specialists. You will have the option of choosing one of two hands-on movement sessions every 45 min and there will be several group sessions throughout the summit. Experience bodywork and essential oils education throughout the day as well.
