Join us for a different kind of yoga class specifically designed for those carrying grief followed by a discussion /Q&A session.
If you have experienced great love, you will experience great loss. This practice is for those who are struggling with the loss or grief of anything that is causing you grief at this time. This special yoga practice combines many forms of yoga, movement, and breath techniques to help students process emotions of bereavement and use it as a tool for transformation. This practice is not as much about physical flexibility as it is about emotional liberation.
Yoga for Life after Loss is for people of all ages, body types, and physical conditions as well as those who have never tried yoga.
The practice will begin with approximately forty-five minutes of yoga followed by thirty minutes of a guided meditation infused with Reiki healing energy.
Through a scanning and relaxing of the body, we journey into a sacred space - a safe space to connect to loving memories that live within you. This meditation guides you to know that you are never alone and are deeply loved. The Reiki healing energy with enhance the experience of releasing what the soul is intended to release.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You may bring your own mat or select one to use from the studio. All other props are also provided.

Wanda is Certified RYT/ Certified Grief Yoga ™️ instructor and member of Yoga Alliance. Wanda studied and trained under the direction of Paul Denniston, developer of Grief Yoga ™️.
Annawyn is Certified Hatha Yoga, Ayuryoga and is Reiki Master Teacher trained that infuses her 17 years of yoga teachings and Reiki and love of music and sound healing into her sessions.
