The events, workshops, classes, retreats, healing services, yoga classes and yoga teacher trainings meet you exactly where you are. All of our services including but not limited to private Access Bars® and reiki experiences, ayurvedic sessions and cleansing foot bathes are geared to assess the client's needs and wants and integrate that into the energy and body work or private session that is being requested. Our Apothecary specializes in clean products focused around plant healing properties for you to add to your life in all of your phases. We focus on businesses with high quality ingredients. Our Resident Certified Herbalist, Meraki Chimera, will be formulating so of our specialized concoctions based on your personalized needs.Every facilitator and practitioner has received training and is required to have continuing education as part of their own expansion and wisdom that is being shared within these walls and outside of these walls all over the world. 500 hour E-RYT, Reiki Master, Access Bars Practitioner
Annawyn began her journey with yoga 20+ years ago. She started her first yoga training program in 2004, while obtaining other fitness certifications in 2006, 2009, 2011 and finally obtained her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Certification with the Spirit of Yoga in 2012. In 2015, she obtained her specialized 200 hour Ayuryoga™️ Certification at The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico in 2015. On July 15, 2017, Annawyn obtained her Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification. On March 24, 2018, Annawyn obtained her Reiki Level 2 Certification and on September 14, 2019, she obtained her Usui Reiki Master Teacher and completed her Kundanlini Master Certification on April 23, 2020. On May 16, 2021, Annawyn traveled to Bend Oregon to complete her Access Bars® Practitioner Certification and is happy to share this healing modality to adults and kids to help them Access life with more ease, joy and glory. Focusing on our possibilities instead of our fears, doubts and limitations. On October 31, 2021, she became Certified through Yoga Farm Ithaca with a 300 hour Spiritual Warrior Training (includes Kundalini, Ayurveda, Enneagrams, Moon Cycles).
Yoga, Reiki, Ayurveda and Access Bars® has given Annawyn a foundation to grow and heal herself as she changes and grows and looks to bring this into all she does.
Annawyn infuses reiki, music, sound healing elements and meshes elements of multiple styles of yoga (Hatha, Ayuryoga™️, Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, etc.), breath intelligence (pranayama), meditation into her classes and is accompanied with her passion for music and Ayurveda. She also loves to focus on the youth and adaptive yoga and will work with you and your family that have loved ones with brain injuries, autism, anxiety and other diagnosis and special abilities.
A passion of Annawyn’s is to educate folks about advocacy in the personal care industry and finding alternative methods to stay well. If you have questions about Ayurveda, Beautycounter, Hemp infused salves and oils, and tinctures to enhance wellness and blood flow that are all available at the Apothecary, please do not hesitate to ask. She loves to discover news ways of wellness and helping others by sharing ideas and wisdom with one another. Raising money for the community is a focus of Habitat Studios mission and is part of a couple of non profit organizations to help them further their mission of bringing services to all members of the community.
Traveling has always been a passion of Annawyn's ever since youth. She loves facilitating personal growth and self discovery retreats that help to inspire others to see the magnificent light that we each possess and help them live out their wildest dreams through discovering ancient technologies of wisdom, healing modalities, hiking and adventure, movement in nature and beyond for those that are seeking a method to assist their whole self realize their fullest creative potential.
You will often see her running around with her three boys experiencing life to the fullest potential. As a cancer survivor, one of her goals remains to live in the present moment doing what brings authentic joy to her world which ultimately radiates outward.

Back then she was defeated by Multiple Sclerosis, which left her wheelchair bound and dependent on IVs alongside a massive pharmaceutical cocktail. During years in and out of hospital beds, she took her pharmaceutical background and expanded it with the study of Phytoceuticals. After years of creating, she felt it was time to bring the creations to you.

When not connecting with the other side, you can find her juggling the joys of a full life, including mother of two, wife of one, amateur gardener, crochet artist, baker of sourdough breads she reportedly really shouldn't be eating and serving as the volunteer organizing force behind the Sisterhood Collective & It Takes a Village Community Giving, where she offers women's circles and other charitable programs for the community at large.
